Why should you be unbanned?
I know that I have an extensive record for RDM and I believe that my ban is justified besides the actual length. I do apologize for the situation but I would like for if possible for my ban to be shortened since my last ban before this one was over 3 months ago and my last warning was some time last year also I am a very active player and involved in multiple parts of the community.

You've had 10 previous RDM punishments and a permanent ban. This is hardly even an apology. I think the time should remind you on the position you're in.

I do understand as I said in my appeal that I have an extensive ban history but I have also been clean for over 3 months when it comes to my ban history and even longer when it comes to warnings and at the same time I do apologize for the situation as it was a misunderstanding on my end.

Your long history of of bans/notes of significantly long. I don't think the length of the ban is at all excessive. Additionally, your next serious offence will result in a permanent ban.
