Ok so you three were identified as the person who mugged him. They got all 3 of your descriptions and what you looked like as a made member of his faction got your pictures within 10 minutes of the situation happening. I was notified which they showed me the proof and i checked logs to get the names which I did not reveal any of the names because its all OOC the way I found out. I followed the first two guys who were trying to get all 3 of you and they failed which your two other associates who also did the mugging got banned for 1 week for mass mugging. A 3rd guy put a ticket in saying he had a pk he was going to do and he let me know the same situation that he was going after you who mugged someone he knew. He mentioned the two others who mugged got banned so I knew it was you. He found you and killed you outside LaGrande Hotel.

It was over an hour after the person was mugged you only have 15 minutes to kill the person from my understanding (Or at least make a ticket within that time and if you died within the 1 hour 30 the pk would be invalidated due to NLR) Unsure on those rules but that's what separate members of staff have told me. Hiro Gucci was an enforcer and has saved his buddies from mugs and have seen him rp countless time's just giving someone guns to hold onto might be suspicious but it isn't against the rules and you are allowed to mug people lmao it is RP because our two alliances have an ongoing fued and we have been given the green light to mug bonnanos, are you gonna say the reason you pked him or just say he was very suspicious because this seems like the PKing admin failed to fully review logs.

Having had a look at your history yesterday when you hired Tony ming into your faction I became extremely suspicious of all three of you when I saw you rob a bonanno at self storage. I was just trying to see if Tony was a minge and rdming people, and what I found was much more suspicious to say the least.

First you dropped a few pistols on the ground for Tony who at the time still wasn't in the faction, and asked him to hold onto them for you. Literally seconds before cops came up the elevator of le grande, presumably looking for you.

Not even 10 minutes later your squad is mugging earlier mentioned bonanno. To say the least I think you're involving yourself in some really shady business and this is just where it lead.

You claim you weren't part of the robbery but rather stopping it because they "aren't supposed to be doing that" however thanks to little shadow he clearly contradicts your statement because he says your/his faction actually greenlighted us! so which one is it KZ, you tried stopping the robbery because your faction doesn't do that or you actually were participating in the robbery (like the logs show) and there is a greenlight by your faction!

There are 2 parts to this, you searching the guy while they are mugging him and being affiliated with them means you are a part of the mugging. But they didn't keep sight of you after the mugging and due to 20 mins passing they then lose the ability to recognise you meaning the PK is invalid, if they found you in that 20 mins and followed you for that hour and a bit until they killed you then it would be valid but they didn't.

REGARDING RETROACTIVE PKs for muggings

■ Being killed during a mugging attempt.

Note the key term during, this means it's not retroactive if the situation has ended. For instance, if you were mugged and the mugger escapes away from you, and you need to try and hunt them down to find them again? That is no longer retroactive. You instead need to make a staff ticket, present to them your evidence as well as how you can identify the individual and THEN go after them for a pk to be valid.
