Why should you be unbanned?
Well all I can really say is that I'm moving houses and due to me moving houses I need to play on a WIFI connection to an American server. Me playing with 600 ping is really hard especially when I freeze randomly and then slide over to a random spot or stay still the whole time and teleport around, The situation where i ran over the 2 people in the hospital I can take the blame for as when I went into the hospital I didn't lag out but I pressed D instead of S to stop. But the VDM situation in the police station is something I do wish to appeal, when I was driving into the pd station with a friend I called over radio that I was driving in. Whilst driving in i tried to stop but that's where my ping spiked and I couldn't stop the car, when I noticed what was going on I called out multiple times that I'm sorry and that was not meant to happen at all even though I was fucking around with the pd. My friend even called out multiple times where I just stood still and then randomly speed ran to a place 10 meters away from where I was still. I wasn't even brought to a sit to explain my actions Sad

I got a few clips of me freezing due to the 600 ping and the brakes not working on the car half the time.

During PD training we was in the garage near the PD doors. Keep in mind, we was at the end of the garage far away from the entrance.

After that we see a car driving into the garage, not to worried, until you ran over 3 officers with your car, having plenty time to stop.

I do not think neither of your VDM situations was a mistake, however I will leave this to a member of UA to decide the verdict.

-Also, I Joined staff lounge with Rem notifying him about the situation and explaining what happen, and he said to ban you. So I did.

During the PD Training I ran over only 2 officers as the 3rd one shot me, and once again i only found i ran over 2 officers when i got told by a friend as i was frozen the whole time and then unfroze at the last second to see the 3rd officers absolutely obliterating me. And yes i did have plenty of time to stop, but i physically couldn't.
