-1 You can rent out hotel rooms and such, I think townhouses should stay for factions only, as then more factions can be introduced.

Quote:I said if they purchase houses it would not leave new faction leaders enough properties to own. That's why I said limit the amount of houses that the entire "faction" of "citizens of new york" can own in order to leave room for new faction leaders to own houses. Quote:Why limit the amount of houses buyable by civiliansTo leave room for factions while still having the ability to buy a house as a citizen (if you have the money to buy one and if there are no 3 or 2 other citizens owning a house already) Quote:(Houses, since you dont use your brain)Yes, "houses" indeed. A fifth grader would understand why I'm putting emphasis on the word "houses" instead of just saying "properties". When you say "properties" many people will misunderstand it as a "make all civilians own any property" argument, when it's really just about a specific type of property, houses. Well houses are for people that can afford them, you can rent apartment rooms and hotel rooms. Town houses are needed for factions because they are much bigger and you can build better stuff in there.
