You claim he "touched your leg". He actually did "/me puts hand on your thigh and kisses on neck". Which by most standards is an erotic action.
You were also not AFK... You were actively participating in it. You were also not just "sitting there" you were sitting on a bed. in a room with bars on the windows which you could only see out of. This is all seen in the video above
