overall an individual whose opinions are often invalid, and especially after the little rep message he gave me, clearly doesn’t understand a simple concept.

after me repeatedly stating within multiple sits that “I can not change this.” and even giving him a member of UA after he asked for one, he overall doesn’t understand exactly what us staff are limited to.

just doesn’t have the attitude to retain staff within the community currently, don’t believe he’d be a good fit.

The Minus rep was for a separate incident where you kept taking tickets that had a name of another staff member, when you kept taking them. I perfectly understand what staff's limits are, which is why I specifically requested you not to show up. As for the making entire opinions on things after one incident, this is shown right here. You have had no interaction when I was staff, and I hope to have no interaction if I become staff. I have had many recommendations all from sources other than your self, you are a persistent topic when speaking to others about undesirable staff. I hope for you to take this as constructive criticism, and see the errors of which I pointed out. I also hope for us to agree, to simply disagree.

You also state in your minus repping of me that I have "shit opinions", it is not you, or anyone's job to judge opinions. Every person on earth that lives and breathes has a right to a an opinion that you may not judge. Keep these things yourself. It is hypocritical and ironic that you would say this, based off of your past with me. I hope that you receive proper corrective action.

"kept taking tickets that had a name of another staff member" I was quite literally told to take your ticket and see what you wanted, the staff member you were calling for was told about what you wanted and overall the situation is something that he himself could not deal with, and he would've given you the same answer.

Also, even after me personally spectating you for some bit, you have done barely any RP.
