I say u do have extensive POs, including bans of 2 weeks+. Then also in ur appeal u say ur apologizing, and then when the admin who banned u responds, u basically tell him he is wrong and that he is lying. Also adding on that another staff member told u to fuck off basically. Dont accuse unless u have some sort of proof behind ur claims.

Also, isn't talking to someone before an admin sit, whilst being an admin, and not having a sit active, is that not metagaming??

Your talking about something out-of-character whilst talking to someone about an in-character thing.
