Reason for ban: Failed mugging/ pox2

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Ok so the guy that i mugged had already mugged one of my faction members prior and when confronted we tie him up and his radio and gun were taken because of it. I did not know that even though he mugged someone in my faction i cant take his gun.
Why should you be unbanned? I was unaware that even though he mugged someone i cant take his gun, and will not make this mistake again, but a 3 day ban after being told that it was going to be light too, it was my apologies to kill him.
