Ok so,

You were PKed because you broke FearRP while there was a gun pointed at you and died.

Now, the person that had the gun pointed at you never insinuated that they were going to rob you back, nor did he ever attempt to.
Yes, you can not rob in public spaces, but he apparently was going to bring you to another area that was not in the middle of the road, before you started saying "NLR" and ran away.

Now, I would not mind if your appeal got accepted, as I see you have no previous bans, probably no previous warns, and you understand what you have done.

Note: You are not being denied access to your account either, just your character, which you can have multiple of. Your steam ID is also not exactly what you have put there, however we're able to pull it from that anyway.

If you were making an inference based on the situation it would seem the most likely thing he would do would be to rob me back right, he pointed a gun at me in broad daylight, which I don't believe you are allowed to do I also forgot to mention that I watched him look away which was part of the reason I began to run away from him.
