Obviously something like this is very situational and would be up to the discretion of the staff member. While it's true if you make an off-hand comment and someone acts on it it generally wouldn't be considered your fault, but trying to hide behind this rule to coerce new users or subordinates to RDM is still frowned upon and can/will be considered minging.
Quoting this rule "For majority of the time common sense applies. Do not try to look for loopholes in the rules."
The clip I am presented here as an unbiased third party shows that this wasn't a random comment but rather orchestrated. Clearly demonstrating that you led the group around looking for a target, planning an RDM.
I do feel that the 2 days is extreme. So I will be reducing this ban as well as changing the ban reason from 'RDM | PO' to "Encouraging Minge Behaviour | NITRP"
I advise not doing this again however.
