Hello! Chubbs here. The guy that banned you.
Gotta list a few things, First of all I did say I will ban you for NLR due to the person who you were harassing said you broke NLR. After rewatching me and the person you were harassing both saw how you did not die , Due to it looking like you did.

Why you got banned for longer than your friend : As a player you should know all staff shall remain unbiased, If I had any bias towards you, its my job to call another staff member onto the scene. Apart from that I cant just extend your ban for arguing, You only got a longer ban due to you having a Po - Past Offense.

RDM Bait : You forgot to show the Second clip uploaded, Where you ran into a store and harrased the employee and the manager then ran outside to seek cover behind your friend that perfectly was hidden behind the door waiting for the store manager to come out. All of this can be shown in this clip. During multiple times in the sit you lied to me and the manager saying "You Never Minged" "We never RDM'ed" "I said for him to get out the way". Lying on a staff appeal will not help you get unbanned.

My "Bias" Towards you : I didn't even know that was Mal O. Staff members don't check other characters during a sit, Unless it is needed. So i had no reason to suspect or believe that you are Mal O. Apart from that I have no harsh relations towards you, We already cleared that up.
