In a video provided to me. You are clearly seen dropping a brick of Cocaine. then being told to "stop moving". You move back while at gunpoint and then pull out a gun, at gunpoint

Your appeal has been reviewed and denied.

We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
