13. You may attack Officers if they attempt to Arrest/Detain you or a member of your group. Knowing that an arrest or detainment would lead to a FELONY charge (Having illegal guns/drugs/etc.) You are PK active after shooting/killing an officer.
You came speeding down the road, and rammed into the officer's car. He stopped you from fleeing, and had asked you to turn off the engine. While you might have had illegal items on you, he had not yet conducted any form of search, or arrest. He had not stated you were being detained, nor arrested. You got out, and opened fire on him after ramming into his vehicle. There was no role-play in this, and you hadn't even tried to get out with just a ticket for the reckless driving.
