I'll stay neutral; I think this be good if it's done correctly - It's the rank structure that really
intrigues me. The ranks are nothing close to how the ranking structure actually works.
Also, I would say update the back story a bit, maybe put it on a google docs, and adding a bit more
creativity to the application, and more effort.
Nonetheless, if you can fix those it'll be a +1 for me.
