TopShotta's Ban Appeal

Issue is if that is the case then that is my fault along with the other cops and the probie TopShotta is the only one who did this in RP impersonating FBI is a crime and should of been addressed so by myself and the other police officers we chose not to and allowed someone to impersonate a federal agent this is not on TopShotta this is on the police officers who failed to respond to it in a professional manner. This is the wrong appeal to reply to in that case.
