Cat is a long time member of the server and has good standing amongst the community, I think it was about time he took the reins of his own faction. The crime family, although Sicilian/Italian, does have a unique in-depth in-game storyline behind it which seems to have been developed and refined over a long time (family tree set aside) -- this isn't something you often see when a new Italian-related faction application is posted. I think it would be a good starting faction for the Miami when it releases.

I don't often give out +1s for faction applications so well done.
