Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):
The admin in question is biased against me, he has been getting into verbal confrontations with me on a daily basis. He used a video clip I posted of a situation that occurred on the 18th of February which shows me trying to organize patrols and a white shirt who was actually a discharged officer who got discharged like 10-20 minutes earlier, he took a plea deal but however still had the police uniform on which we then uncuffed him and told him if he pulls anything he would get shot. He proceeded to pull a gun out in the cells and was shot down and a PK ticket was made but only 1 staff member was online and nobody was taking tickets so he came back breaking NLR and constantly causing disturbances to a serious role play scenario. Keep in mind the person in question didn't call an admin for the situation and was indeed being a minge and had no intent to roleplay but to harass me for discharging him from the PD.
Why should you be unbanned? The staff member in question went out of his way to ban for a video I posted in the NYPD discord weeks ago. I was never reported for the situation and staff member without any context of the situation banned me nor there was any admin sit which is completely one-siding a situation, and is blatant abuse of power on his part.
