The evidence seems compelling, however while looking through your logs to try and figure out what happened I'v noticed instances of you transferring guns and restraints between characters using storage crates (which is also against out rules).
Namely a Colt Anaconda from 'Jacky Nickelson' to 'Kevin Adams' among other things.
For the reasons Stretch provided and the further transfers I discovered while checking your logs I find this ban to be justified.
