To start out with. The reason for it being two Weeks is the fact that you have already been noted three previous times for rule breaks. Additionally, the VDM was so blatant that I knew right then and there it was on purpose. The situation starts as stated. We we're outside of pd making arrests and dealing with other people messing around. When you came around the corner (Having a good amount of time to stop) ramming into a crowd of people, whilst playing music. After seeing you do this, I switched to my staff character and issued the punishment. Before you could do anything else. However, if this is true that you lagged, which there is no proof of so it's a flimsy claim. I would be willing for a reduction a/o a full unban depending on the decision of UA that reviews this.
