if this is a retry at the first toyko manji gang we had, the last gang did not do so well so that's bad, but if this a different thing then I don't see why we don't give them a chance down in miami

As i have no idea what happened to the first Tokyo Manji gang on the server, i can say im planning on running this gang seriously and make sure that everyone within the faction knows what happens when they mess around, so its going to be run pretty strictly to ensure it does not cause issues for the server.
