You seem to have a lack of playtime, and therefore experience. This is fine if you have an experienced command structure under you.
I love the no minge tolerance, keep that shit up. 
I love the idea of a Japanese Motor faction, so many interesting vehicles to see spring up.

Hi, thank you for the reply to my application, i do agree on your point of a lack of playtime, however i can say i have had lots of experience being in leadership positions on other gamemode types as well as gamemodes involving gangs involved with criminal activity, i did also play mafia rp quite a few years ago and im also in touch with a few people who have held high ranks in mafia rp before or have lots more experience in the gamemode than myself. I also do have a command structure layed out already aswell as picking people i trust and find extremely competant in leadership positions. Another thing i forgot to point out is that if this gets accepted the gang will not be easy to join meaning people will have to go through a process to get through to make sure they can be serious.
