On review, I appreciate the police force for existing as an institution, the only problem I have with it is that the high command are not leading their men. Hardly do I ever see higher-ups routinely on to manage their subordinates, or at least establish some form of activity and participation from the officers to build solidarity, teamwork, diligence and responsibility. I understand that they cannot be on all the time, but it's high time to either start promoting the diligent and responsible officers to higher NCO positions (Corporal, Sergeants, Lieutenants), or start getting on more themselves to keep them in line.
The police should not be receiving IA complaints every other day; A good police force won't receive one for weeks or months (save for foetid minges). Discipline is the backbone of any organization. Just look at the UA and Administration of the server! I occasionally check the different forums of the site, and glance upon the staff complains tab, and hardly do I ever see any active complaints. People are satisfied with the administration, because they are efficient, responsible, hand-picked, reviewed, and above all, trusted.
That is what the Police Force should carry at all times. And they can only do so with strong leaders.
