I'm not going to comment about the age, but I have seen you around & chatting with people in-game, and other chats. You seem mature, kind, and overall, someone that would fit being a part of the staff
((HOWEVER))
I highly recommend you update the application and add more sentences to it - effort is HUGE thought when looking at a staff application.
If you can do that, I'd say you have a good chance.
