I'm not even La Compania but I play the server pretty frequently and almost every time I see him on either helping new players and getting them into his faction and showing them what to do or passively RPing with other factions such as the Red Dragons (Which I was apart of and how I know him). With the amount of time he's spent on this server I think they owe it to him to unban him.
