Reason for ban: RDM of AFK, Transferring items between characters, Robbing civilians as a cop.
Length of ban: 2 Weeks
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I sincerely apologise for my actions, I will not deny that I transferred a set of pistols to my main character from my cop character, However, The guy I shot that was "AFK" I did not know was AFK at the time, I shot him as he was tied into an RP that was happening where I took multiple firearms from a man, around 5 when he was arrested, I then paid for a further 5. The gentlemen seeked help with the gentlemen I shot and both were searching for me to my knowledge, either to PK me or whatever, they were following me on multiple occasions and if there was a sit I could have explained that. As for robbing civilians, the firearms I took were illegal and taken with reason. However I did transfer around 5-7 revolvers between characters, that I can pass back over and promise with me word that you can punish me extensilvely. That I will not do this again. It was down time, I was looking for something to do and the opportunity was there. I took advantage of the down time ours and I am sorry.
Why should you be unbanned? I am sorry for my actions and admit to transferring items, the other offences have RP reason, the firearms I took were either illegal and confiscated and the other ones were paid for in full price. The "AFK" guy that I shot was RP affiliated and was following me
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I wasn't taken to a sit and therefor had no chance to take a video, however I do admit to transfering.
