As a witness to the entire series of events, I can clearly say the first case was clear RDM since the man only attempted to unlock the car in front of the La Victoria. As far as the second killing in this video: [color=var(--text-link)]https://youtu.be/iz8X7tCZomo[/color] , it was completely warranted since the man literally beat someone with a bat to death in front of the store as the man tried to run to safety and was asked to leave the storefront after harassing someone else. The ban should definitely be reduced since the second killing is not RDM at all, and the first, which was technically RDM, was for a man messing with his vehicle.
