The city workers (Taxis, delivery trucks) are pretty much the only legal way to make money when one is not in a faction. This kind of independent passive RP is enjoyed by many players alike in the MafiaRP community. However, one feature of the server limits that. As you all know, there is a 75+ player limit on cars. Not only does this take away income for the city workers, but it also takes away the RP they were looking for in the first place. My suggestion is to keep those city vehicles enabled at all times so that even during the 75+ player limit, the city workers will have something to do. I would also like to add that this may be beneficial for non-city workers as well (those in a faction), since players would have no other way of getting around faster during that time. I understand that performance may be an issue, but I'm sure there is room for trial and error. Thank you for reading my suggestion. - Lovsos
