This is a really interesting PK.
I agree with some statements you've said, and you do have a valid idea. It's difficult to confirm intention though, and the person being dumb who broke FearRP to begin with and died is also at fault.
But what you shouldn't have done is break FearRP to begin with. There was no point, and in the future you should learn because that is something you control. You can always stop yourself from doing it, to prevent yourself being killed.
But, the points you made is a proper concern and argument.
The player did leave the faction, and the evidence provided does show the intention of "hurting HC", but disguised it as a mugging. Instead of seeking of a proper reason to PK, the player used a mugging to PK bait you.
You don't always need to be the hero and save yourself.
Anyway, this was not at the fault of the PKing admin as there is always 2 sides to a situation, and one side looked valid (technically was).
