I understand not knowing the rules if you are new, However lying and acting mingey in a sit is not the way to go. You killed someone for no reason then proceeded to deny it ever happened. You knew what you was doing regardless of whether you are new or not. This shows a lack of care for people within the community and proves you have little intent to rp. For this reason I believe you should not be unbanned, and that you should take the time to read over the rules. Then, upon your return, we will be able to see if you understand and that you are willing to follow the rules.
