You were pked due to you attempting to rat on the faction and for breaking the faction rules in this case the rule being Mugging. You admitted to him that you had mugged people which I witnessed and they have a clip of. With the attempting to Rat part when he pretended to be an undercover FBI agent you agreed to give him intel on the faction and they got someone to give you a piece of intel which you then did go and give to him. You could have said no to the snitching but you didn't.
