Hello Ryan,
You were removed from staff and banned due to obtaining a screenshot on your staff character of both F. Lupo and T. Ocean while they were inside of the NYPD breakroom surrounded by the containers of your faction's illicit items. You sent that screenshot into a chat titled "People v. NYPD" and inquired to use it as evidence against the NYPD for the trial by getting that footage approved as CCTV, because they did not clock in. You prepared metagamed information and showed the location of police to those being charged (including you) to those that would not have access. This includes collaborating with banned user, Adarlardjager, who leaked the warrants to your faction's leadership and you failed to report this despite having knowledge. UA has observed you on different occasions flying over to the NYPD and watching the police converse, as you are not privy to their conversations.
I have recorded the conversation and attach the picture at the end of this post. You failed in your duties to remain unbiased and abused your position as staff to benefit your faction with information they were not privy too. Even if that information was not executed in the way you sought, you still shared and posted information they do not have access too against a faction (NYPD) in which they are embroiled in legal matters. That constitutes metagame.
Your permaban was executed by Diverge Management, and should remain so.
