We have decided that the police could have/should have dealt with this differently, they could have kicked you out of the vehicle and arrested you very easily, also along with the fact that the cop you backed over didnt die and was in plain cloths so was hard to see if he was a cop which added to the fact that this isnt really enough to say that you intentionally initiated a shootout with police.
