Remove blindfold function from handcuffs

I know cops may abuse this feature but supervisors can deal with it BUT this is needed if there are witnesses against the suspect for safety

Ellis Russel how is it safer for your suspect to be blindfolded? That's just kidnapping and would make the person much less cognizant of their surroundings.

If there is a witness according to a case they will probably have to write an affidavit so if the accused sees the witness from the scene at the station writing an affidavit they might kill them after being released BUT yea this icly would probably be breaking the 4th ammendment which could be argued in court?
