if it wasn't for your PO's there would be a reduction but due to the situation and your 12 PO's for RDM i think that the punishment is fair, the person was kind of and kind of not a threat I cant see him try and rob you in any way he was just walking in a straight line with a gun out he wasn't looking at either of you with it.
