Reason for PK: 'Initiating' conflict with PD
Why should you be unPK'd?: I should be unPK'd because it goes against the rules. Going by the PK Guidelines stating ■ Initiating a violent confrontation with Police Officers and being killed If you direct your attention to the lower portion of the thread, you can see what happened. Pause the video & you can see the police approaching us with what is considered by Lexicon of Law Enforcement as 'Less Lethal' (a tasers) and by definition a less lethal force is considered to be violent and/or dangerous. Same goes for any flying projectile, or anything meant to harm or disable an individual. With that being said, we were within our server rights of retaliating with our own lethal force.
After playing for a year I've never encountered a situation like this. Admins usually are quick to realize the situation and are well educated on this this subject.

- I tried explaining to these administrators the situation & I wasn't given a reasonable chance given the information I provided being factual and backed by not only the server rules but by law. I was given 5 different reasons by the administrator 'moses' of why I'm being PK'd after I kept debunking his initial reason. You can see chat logs of our sit to see this.
