All I have to say really is that no offense but drug use isn't an excuse for the way you act. We all know that drugs can affect the way you act and the way things are perceived by the person under the influence of narcotics. But to say you are sorry because you said some things while coming down from a high still isn't acceptable and even though it might not be the real you your actions dictate your future. I myself can speak when I say I have done molly in the past and the come down sucks ass but I was also able to control my own actions and even though I felt really horrible I was still able to conduct myself accordingly. That is also why I don't do drugs anymore. -1 for the appeal because simply blaming drug use just isn't a sufficient enough apology. You should probably just take responsibility for your actions and admit you did wrong instead of blaming drug use as the source of the issue. Although drug use is still bad, blaming it for your actions shows you aren't mature enough to deserve a second chance.
