As for whether my points are based on being biased would be true, I'm not going to lie. You had previously in sitdowns, threatened me, of which both Rae, Andy, and even Rastelli were involved in. You didn't like me calling you out for wearing a Hawaiian shirt during a sitdown, and then made it an issue two months after it happened, and even said you'd harass me IC during that meeting. As for the clips of the men that report under you, which consisted of the majority of the crew, we have it all written down, saved, and given to Rae.
