I like it when people have the balls to make non-Italian factions because you are playing a losing game. But the problem with factions who do this is that they are all very and I mean very low rates of succession. They are usually ran by people who couldn't make it in an italian faction 90% of the time and then you have the 10% which is mostly retards, besides maybe 2% like Flanagan. If you are going to create this faction will you put the same effort Italian Factions do into creating backstory and doing roleplay? There is a italian handbook of phrases etc.
Another thing that bothers me is that you were in the original cartels (shit factions btw) where they cheated and just were all one big faction spread across alts and knew about it. You shouldn't be able to just log back in and recreate the bad past of Cartel, you should show people that you are willing to change and play without an official property and racket before hand and demonstrate RP.
