The leader is going to be Tirador you might not remember him but he's been around since the days of Typhon, which was god knows how long ago. He has previous experience from being high command in the Cali Cartel on MP and assuming the role of Consig in Norte in the early days of Diverge. Most of the high command is built from people like that with experience expanding over a couple years now so we do feel like we have the capacity to run a faction effectively. And yea i know most of the "Italians" have a general disliking of cartels, and from what I've seen some people don't even know why they hate the cartels and that's more a phenomenon in newer players, rather than the old timers of the servers that are aquainted with the reason behind the war and the beef. But that hate is generally built from the time before and after the war 5 months ago and that's in the past and all we want is to live in the present and bring back a peace of a different type of RP to the table especially since the server has gained a bigger amount of players and we want them to experience a more diverse community.

Another thing that bothers me is that you were in the original cartels (shit factions btw) where they cheated and just were all one big faction spread across alts and knew about it. You shouldn't be able to just log back in and recreate the bad past of Cartel, you should show people that you are willing to change and play without an official property and racket before hand and demonstrate RP.

You can find a couple answers to your questions in the response I wrote to scar, but yea we're going to focus more into RP say a mexican handbook why not that's something we can do, but main thing I personally want to focus on is player lead events like boxing/fighting events, drag racing and so on which I used to hold previously before the war and even expand each individual characters backstory (for example a discord channel with in depth character backstory) and other minor RP details (descriptions, clothes etc.)

Also I want to get this out of the way right now this general consensus that people treat the word "cartels" as one faction as being dumb, there were numerous cartels with numerous members with different personalities and diplomacy, but because, I presume, you were never apart of a cartel or have never been long enough in a cartel to see that everyone was different this is just your speculation it is the furthest thing from the truth and I can assure you I know these facts first hand as I dealt with every single one of those factions as I was HC. Also just assuming all the cartels were cheating is just dumb as at least to my knowledge there were only 2 guys cheating that ended up being permabanned as they should, I legit dont see the purpose to cheat in a video game especially in fucking GMOD. And what if I was in the cartels there are right now high ranking ex cartel members in Italian faction just this general biasness against cartels with no backing behind it bothers tf out of me.

And referring to "recreating the bad past of cartels" you mean just the just one page in the long history of the Cartels aka the war. Everyone remembers the war but no one remembers how it was before. And also "you should show people that you are willing to change and play without an official property and racket before hand and demonstrate RP." is essentially civilian RP and not surprised you'd suggest this I mean i specifically remember you walking into a bunch of establishments (including ITALIAN ones) and mrdming everyone inside of them and than after getting permabaned for mrdm and minging. I STILL have the clip of you and Rae MRDMING the Principato place if you want it ofcourse.
