So in this instance, You willingly go into this vehicle with these people and entered into a house that did not belong to you and even though you did not have the lockpicks in your possession you still were in the house, you were still nearby. I see this as being valid, if any other admins want to step in and give an additional opinion please feel free. Being a bystander would be like walking by the house as the raid happened.
