Again like I explained in your discord DM, that those type of discord servers aren't allowed anymore and using discord whether voice or messages to get someone to come to the docks to test things out isn't allowed. It wasn't just testing it out, he picked you and the prop up with his physics gun and was pushing you toward the barge, which you started swimming to after I froze him and told him to stop, seems like that was your motive in the first place. Verax reached out to you and I believe we are under the same understanding now. I think you are now looking to get this changed over to a perma ban appeal due to an Alt flag by Console though.

I just wanted to explain what went down during the incident from my POV. We were just trying things out, and I swear I'm telling the truth. As I mentioned earlier I didn't have any cash or stuff on me to interact with the npcs on the barge so I really dont understand how my intentions could have been to do anything but to see if I could sit on his prop. So, I sat on my friend's prop just to see if it would work but then he started messing around. I don't think it's fair for me to take the blame for that. All I did was ask him to put the prop down and things got out of hand. I was really deep underwater, and I couldn't hear anyone telling me to stop. It was impossible to hear anything down there. By the way I don't want to turn this into a permanent ban appeal. That issue has already been resolved, so I'm not looking to change that.
