+1 Mugging rules are so convoluted making mistakes is incredibly easy even for the most experienced and knowledgeable players. Additionally I believe that mugging does bring in additional RP to the server I personally have had lots of fun after being mugged gathering faction members and then going out to find the muggers breaking the same old same old routine of grinding bricks. Walker has benefited role play on diverge for a long time as an excellent lawyer and judge raising the standard of legal RP. Overall I think he should be allowed to continue playing diverge because he is an asset to the diverge community and the server would benefit with him back on it.
