Thank you for providing me with insight on this.
I was first made aware of you LTARP'ing by Captain Henry, and I went towards him to investigate. I then found you to be the culprit of the alleged rule break and saw that you switched characters soon after you were searched. While in an RP sit you may not leave the server or switch characters as it is considered LTARP. Especially while being arrested by police you should expect to be held in a prison cell for quite a bit of time before you are jailed/released as the officers must RP their paperwork/ legal processes. This is from the rules thread " If you're unsure if it's LTAP/LTARP wait a minimum of 10 minutes before disconnecting or switching character." . Therefore had you done your due diligence you would have at least made a staff ticket for us to explore the situation and see why you might have been left for a period of time with no RP. 5 minutes is not enough to consider leaving an RP situation. As for an explanation/justification it was not needed since the evidence was present in the logs that you intentionally switched characters, which is against the rules. You yourself said here that you left after being locked in a cage for about 5 minutes, this is not allowed.
