Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was at the motel when someone had told me to leave and the management there pulled out a gun on me, he threatened me and had his gun in his hand on safety but said I had to leave or he would shoot. This continued on for a few seconds but it got more intense and I was unclear if it would be RDM On his part as he had not given me a time frame(Example: "Leave you have 5 seconds to leave or we will shoot you").He kept insisting I had to leave or he would shoot and coming up to me with the assault rifle. On this server usually people have given me 5 seconds warnings or pointed there guns at me so it was unclear to me whether or not I could shoot him because although he had his gun on safety it sounded like he was about to shoot me, and he said he was going to shoot me so I shot him.
Why should you be unbanned?: I did not not know it was RDM and did not intend to break server rules I thought at the time I was justified to shoot my apologies.
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I usually record and thought I did but my medal was full.
