hey pal, im the fella you killed, not once did i take my gun off safety, while yes i was threatening you by holding it on safety its still RDM to have shoot me in the situation unfortunately, you had many many chances to leave.

Yea we went over everything you said already. I was confused on the rules and believe I deserve to be unbanned as it was never my intention to break the rules. As well as to the fact that you entirely sounded like you were going to shoot me had I stayed another second which lead me to doing so myself. I figured you were gonna kill me which Is why as I shot, as well as I believe it would have been considered RDM if you shot me as you never gave me 5 second warning.

In no point during the confrontation did he sound like he was going to shoot you. You made every decision to NOT leave despite being right next to the exit with every opportunity to just back out, which you didn't do. 
As we talked about in the sit, because of your history with just RDM alone, is why I banned you.
