"I use that character to do other things" - You didn't. You hadn't been on the character in 2 weeks before instantly going to work on faking you being the alleged criminal. You had been hired 3 weeks before and had only played (non-actively) for 2 days of those 3 weeks.

"None of the information that was provided to me was out of character , everything was done in character and every single thing was discussed in character." - For the face change you loaded your character a minute before and were instantly paid 50 grand. I find it very hard to believe any real RP was done for this situation. You are a character with no stakes, a simple alt that hadn't played for 2 weeks. If a person had been active in a faction for 2 days then 2 weeks later begun staging evidence against them out of the blue, they'd be banned. Just because you aren't harming an enemy faction doesn't mean you aren't powergaming/metagaming to throw a case apart. If your character had a real RP reason for throwing his life away when only being hired for 2 days I'd be very delighted to hear it.

"Staff abuse is pretty rampant lately and i feel like not much is being done about it." - That's what staff reports are for.

Lol so you trynna tell me you have been tracking me ever since i joined the jewish and can tell me how much time i've played in total and what i have done? Yeah i call bullshit on that. Not to mention fact still stands that i been with the jewish long before this whole situation. 

I didn't log in and got given 50k , i logged in , saw chief and other jews at the bank , went inside with chief cuz he said he wanted to talk to me , and everything was discussed in game. I had a gun on this character , i had money on that character , i have been doing stuff. All of this is just pointless allegations with no actual proof behind it , something that you have been doing for a long long time.  Sure i wasn't extremely active on my jewish character but that's because i have alot of responsabilities elsewhere , which is frankly , none of your business to begin with , but you do like snooping around in other's people business all the time when things don't go your way. This is just classic case of powertripping. Not to mention you completely keep ignoring the fact that we did not break any rules whatsoever and you just keep on ranting about the same thing over and over
