PK Appeal

I was the Pk'ing Administrator. I came back from being AFK to 3 people making tickets about wanting to PK you after you mugged a guy of theirs. I took one of them and he explained everything. I went through logs and saw that you tied him up and mugged him for a suit of his. I accepted the PK and they hunted you down and killed you.

Reason for PK: I tied a man today in Gateway Tires, dragged him into my car and took him to that really far warehouse where I promptly stripped him of his valuables. After the mug, I changed my disguise as I am aware of the recognition timer rule:

Due to a sit that the person I mugged made (which was invalid), he saw my new disguise whilst in the sit area and after I was returned, he took pictures of me (as that allows him to PK me later on) and so I went up to him and told him to stop, using my voice. This means he could have fully PK'd me right there and then, but he didn't. I changed my disguise for a second time and went on my way. I was killed around 30-40 minutes after I tied the man and was instantly PK'd.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Not only was I not killed in the 20 minute timer but Marzii, the admin who approved the PK, confirmed himself that:

I didn't check for how long the ticket's were up for. I was gone for a good 30 mins or so and I came back and took them.
