would be great if families had incentives to fight and grow and such, but people have realized post-cartel war that the most effective way of getting BIG MONEY is via just not fighting.
@Pendred make it so that families can obtain more racket and property slots through war, territory control system and all that. Like the old Godfather game on the xbox 360. Make people able to war other factions and obtain their property and rackets, surpassing their limits. Also do the above but make the FBI into a national guard type player org under UA/State so that the events and investigations are more organic. Epic win.
Just please make there be more issues with the millions and millions people are making with no real way to stop it. Make families want to fight more and make it so that there is a higher threat than the NYPD.
