Not a bad application by any means, just some constructive criticism. I'd personally work on your application and play more in different families, work your way up so you know what will be required of you when running a faction.
Pros:
-Nicely written, for what is there.
-Diversity.
Cons:
-Nowhere near enough play time to know the ins and outs of running a successful faction.
-I feel like the story, while well written, could be expanded upon greatly. I'd read some approved applications and build on this.
-Dislike that you attached a totally irrelevant clip, it actually makes you look not serious about your application.
-Already a collective group called Olympus.
