Hello, as per what is listed at the Character Appeals rules, all PKs must be appealed within a week. Any appeals made after a week of the original PK date will be automatically denied.
Couple of things to note:
- I don't really think that a person DMing you that you are going to be PKed is in any way metagaming. Metagaming pertains the use of OOC information as IC information. I don't see how a person telling you that you're going to be PKed on-sight is in any way metagaming at all.
- As per the dedicated discord rules (https://divergenet.works/forums/showthread.php?tid=5774), faction discord servers owned and overseen by UA/Management can be used for IC purposes. The only exception to this rule are voice channels. All IC-labelled text chats can be used for IC purposes.
- Your PK was approved by your faction leader for "not paying kickups and harassing fellow members". For further clarification, it's best if you contact your faction leader yourself.
